Makeing a Zuppa soup

Ingredients:

v100 grams Canned Mushrooms, chopped

v150 grams of boiled chicken diced

v50 grams Onions, chopped

v1.5 lt of chicken broth

v250 ml evaporated milk

v50 grams of wheat flour

v100 grams of butter

v½ tsp Pepper (Pepper)

v2 tsp salt

v1 tsp Chicken powder

How to Make Zuppa soup:

vHeat margarine and saute onions until soft, put the flour, stir well. Let the cooked flour, pour the milk and broth, stir and simmer, transfer to the pan.

vAdd chicken, mushrooms, and other spices and stir well. Try it seems, when it is fitted, turn off the heat.

Completion of Making Zuppa Soup:

vPour the soup into a heat-resistant ceramic bowl, cover the top with puff pastry. Put it in the oven until golden brown baked pastry.

Remove and serve hot.
